 Ross-shire Journal about dog poo ...

Her comments were backed by Cllr Barclay who said
, "The thing I would like to see implemented by the
Council is a naming and shaming policy, which I believe
 has been looked in to by one or two councillors. Dog mess
, especially on a beach, is totally unacceptable
and I would urge members of the public to report
 anyone responsible."
